Loan Scamming

I loaned the user $85,000 with $115,000 to be paid back and included the stipulation of a 3k fee per day late.

The user has failed to pay the loan in full, refusing to pay a $3,000 late fee for being 1 day late. I was online frequently during the day it needed to be repaid, and we were both online when it became late. I /msg ed the user and received no response, so I sent a mail. I /msg ed the user several more times but was ignored.

It is not about the money; it is a matter of principle. I am usually very forgiving (evidenced by my fighting to get a better payment plan for iTz even though he is late to pay back 746k. I can provide other cases.), but I was upset by the users previous demand for a discount, because he wanted to pay it back a couple days early. I stated that I stick to the terms of the contract. Frustrated by this, he told me I can just wait, and so I did.​

I was also upset by the user cursing at me, and by his suggestion I have filed this complaint. He seems to care more about a trifling sum of imaginary money than his reputation and his affect on other players.​

 

"You kind of exploited the agreement" Look at the terms you agreed to. Check the screenshots. I gave you ample opportunity to pay on time. What is the date today? The 18th. You are 1 day late. There was no exploitation. You agreed to this.

Furthermore, you cursed at me and forced me to file a complaint to "get the last bit of effort out of [me]." Only after filing this complaint (as you instructed me to) did you pay the late fee. Why? Because you knew what you did was wrong and you are too cowardly to face justice. On top of it all, you have the audacity to libel my name as you are forced into doing what was right.

The loan has been paid in full.

I would like @3H7_TURT_F3_Gg_0 to be warned for swearing/cursing at me in game and libeling me on the forums. Must I file another complaint for this or is this evidence enough to those ends?
