Complaint:

Loan scam and breach of contract (twice).
In particular, he missed the second installment of the payment plan I conceded him after the first complaint (see evidence).​

In the new contract I allowed him to pay back with the following payment plan:
- 50k by 22 nov
- 50k by 29 nov
- 50k by 6 dec
- 25k by 13 dec
He has paid only the first installment (late) and he doesn't show the slightest intent to pay me back:

Additional Information:

I have already filed a complaint on this user, where I stated that I was sorry to file it and that I needed to file it just to state clearly the situation. Well, this time I'm not sorry at all. This user has had plenty of time to work and make money to pay off his debt, but guess what he's been doing instead? He's spent his time asking for new loans from other players. He obviously doesn't have the slightest intent to get free of debts. I see from his records that he's been banned previously and that he's had many opportunities to redeem himself and he just wasted them. I now realize that I'm never going to get back what I lent him (and for what it matters now, I don't care anymore), therefore I won't try to keep him on this server: he should leave now and should not be allowed here anymore, because of the damage he does to the other players, to the economy and to the community.​

 

Just so that I understand: do I always have to make a complaint to get you pay each installment? And what the hell is wrong with you? It was you who didn't respect a contract, not me. Not once but twice. Not only with me, but with other players as well. So shut up and don't you dare suggesting I should leave this server. Every inch I've written is well deserved.

You have 24 hours to make the payment. You know where the payment sign is.
