    Very sneaky,
    I tp'd to check on my home here to find it was just a grassy hill with nothing on it.
    He decided he would hide up the chests underneath the grass which i understand is illegal.
    Nothing has been taken from the chest but this would still class under the ruling of devious activity.    ​

    I didn't hide anything up, nothing illegal about setting a home somewhere,
    But covering up someone's chests so that they might not be able to find them I would say is.
