Sorry if this isn't deemed relevant, but why cant a server admin or someone break the sign and spawn in 775k to pay matt?

 

It is made clear that staff does not payback victims of scams (Even one that might not be an intended scam)

 

I know that, but the money is sitting there, its not adding any money to the economy

 

I personally have no issue with a higher up breaking the sign and giving matt the equivalent funds. Whatever works to get the funds to him

Is there a library near you, that you could go to, and get on their computers?

 

Living the rural life brother. Going to a library is not convenient and even if I were to go Matt might not be online, not able to meet up then it turns into a waste of time.

 

If he isn't on, there are other options. For example, you could pm a mod asking "Hey can you give this to matt for me" and I'm sure they would. I'm on like 90% of the time, and would also be willing to. Another option, is to have Matt set up a sign selling 1 dirt for 775k at a /warp that he has access to.

 

Matt If you're fine with waiting for me to get a stable internet connection so this deal can be completed or rather me take a ban for now and appeal when I have the internet to complete the deal. It really doesn't matter to me Let me know what you think

 

Hopefully a few weeks but as we are in a very rural location ISP's are hard to come by. There is not certain eta.
