[User Complaint] @adware

@MinecraftParkerH, from the evidence provided, this complaint is not due until tomorrow, the 25th. This complaint will be left open until then as the user has still some time left to pay.

@Adware, can you please post either evidence that you have paid the money or an explanation why you have not yet paid this?

 

I'll explain it.
I told him that I was going to cancel the deal as I saw I wasn't able to pay it. So, I wanted to return it, but @MinecraftParkerH didn't agree with the repay of my nether stars I gave him. That's why I still have the melon sword. If he does agree now, the deal can be cancelled and he will then repay my nether stars as he probably sold them.

I will not agree to returning without my nether stars back.
We haven't made a 'on failed to pay' agreement.
I have paid 50k in the sign already. He may keep that then.

 

@MinecraftParkerH, is this an acceptable agreement? If not, what terms would you propose?

Like I told you, if you don't accept this agreement, I will just keep it. But realise you will not be able to get it back if I'm banned. I won't post a ban appeal as I lost interest in EcoCityCraft.

Other people didn't think about me, so why would I even care a shit about other people? It's his own fault. There isn't any agreement on what happened(Failed to pay). Means I own him nothing.

I know this isn't my personal situation but maybe this is an agreement you both would consider:

@Adware Take into account the time you've had the Msword for rental purposes, as that is time he could have rented/sold the sword. (4 weeks)
a reasonable price for renting for a month is 200k (50k/week)

So, from your original payment of 715 nstars (average price of $550 each) = ~393k

393k-200k = 193k that would be left over after paying the rental fee.

@MinecraftParkerH if @Adware agrees would you be willing to pay him back 193k for the return of your melon sword? (I know this is still a chuck of loss for you, but it would be better then completely losing the sword.)

 

It's not me that should always loose money. I earn it the right way but everyone that's richer then me always got to screw me over.

The sword is destroyed and I own @MinecraftParkerH nothing.

Blame all the people that scammed me before or took money from me which wasn't right.

 

We didn't make an agreement on what would happen if I failed to pay. Means at the moment I own you nothing. And this isn't renting. It was a sale which went wrong. Don't confuse it with renting. [Mod Edit]
