She won a 500k bet next and that made her debt total 150k. Picture 2 shows me giving her the deadline for paying back the debt. Picture 3 shows her say she was trolling then after she has only paid 40k then she proceeds to tell me she will not pay me the rest.Additional Information: no
FrostyStorm was there your just made because you lost lotto you agreed i owed you 50k in 2 weeks but instead 40k today...Stop twisting the rules and dont gamble if you can't lose.
Just how I understand this is that he was talking about you can pay him 40k today and the rest later.
I owed him 50k for 2 weeks he said 40k was fine today...Just saying I'm not sure you understood because u didn't see the he owes me 50k part.
Okay so from what I'm seeing here, @albiz you owe @RaginDevonian 110k since you've already paid 40k of the 150k you owe. We need to setup a time frame for you to pay this back, a reasonable time frame keep in mind.
@albiz if you feel ragin owes you money, please feel free to file a complaint with evidence. However on this complaint we are dealing with the debt that you owe @RaginDevonian I need you to come to an agreement on a reasonable timeframe for the 110k owed.
Ragin had owed me 100k at one point Didn't give him a date to pay it back so at the max I am willing to pay around 2k/day. Mostly because I dont owe him crap.
@RaginDevonian @albiz Right, due to the absolute mess this entire situation is, I am dismissing this complaint, and yours albiz. I cannot discern who owes what, there is no clear evidence of the results of the games that lead up to the bets and what is owed. Referring to the argument post the hosting; It is also rather predatory to be spewing out random numbers and if a player happens to say "yes" to them in chat to assume they immediately owe you. No. On top of that two different amounts were spewed out and "agreed" to, and then the argument continued after that without any clarification of what amount is actually owed. Not to mention the lack of any sort of time-frame doesn't give us anything to enforce. All I see here is really "he said, she said" and no clear indication of any sort of agreement from both sides. Agreements need to be carefully constructed, clear and concise and agreed to clearly by both sides and proper evidence needs to be gathered to what is owed. If you have having consecutive games changing the amount owed, each amount needs to be clearly stated, timeframes established and agreed upon by both parties. If one user refuses to comply when doing debt bets, then don't host them, simple. A user doesn't agree to your proposed timeframe? Don't loan them, same concept. Next time if you want something like this enforced I suggest you do it properly. I don't wan't to see such an issue again, I'm pretty sure had it been handled properly this wouldn't be such an issue. >_> Dismissed
