Felon Username: alscarfaceComplaint: Attempted Scamming As stated in the wiki: Evidence: Complaint that was submitted by alscarface: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-chris227227.105842 Evidence of @chris227227 paying alscarface, and alscarface responding that he had received the money: http://imgur.com/7XuNIpe,YMel4HM#1 As shown here, it is an obvious attempt at scamming my fellow ECC user, @chris227227. He not only receives the payment, but confirms that he had in fact received it. This is a blatant, and honestly pitiful attempt at trying to make money through illegitimate methods.Additional Information: I talked to chris about this, and asked for his permission to submit this complaint. He of course, said yes. I offered to submit it for him, as the user alscarface is of high rank, and it can be intimidating to submit a complaint against higher ranked players. In addition, if the staff team was already looking into this, I apologize for the double complaint. Finally, the user alscarface has submitted three other complaints against various users for similar scamming offenses. One of these, that for @victorparas, will likely be added to the ban reason, as he is banned, unless of course he can prove his innocence in this matter. However, the other two users seem to be in generally good standing, and as always, should be given a fair chance to prove their side of the story. However, it seems both of the other users, @MinecraftParkerH and @KMReagle have been fairly inactive lately. This may be a reason why alscarface has targeted these users.
User also made 3 more user complaints for loan scamming against other users very strange that he makes 4 loan scamming reports on the same day that were very long ago.
However, we do not have evidence that these members did not scam him. So overall, best to ignore these reports, as they cannot defend themselves.

if you read chris227227 first post he said thats why i feel i have to defend myself for accusations about scamming people for their money now just because i have had my summer vacation with my girlfriend for the past month and i just checked now how my contracts where doing yesterday, and sendt in a user complaint on those i did not have ss or memmory of paying me back/ starting the payback agreement i am a scammer?! you judge too soon. best regards -scar
In no way am I judging the fact that you have submitted many complaints on the same day, that is understandable. However, it is evident you had a malicious intent when you submitted the complaint against @chris227227. There is no reason for further discussion, we can let the staff team decide the outcome of this complaint.
well you are judging me, just cause i have a bad memory and did not take a ss of the transaction too me, but you are right let the staff decide.
I can vouch that Alscarface was on a month-long vacation. I shall not comment on this complaint. Sorry if this is irrelevant.
I trust both of you, however I still believe his intent was malicious. Therefore, I accept the fact that you vouch for your friend, and wait for the staff's decision.
Id like to state, that if alscar had asked me in game for screenies or something that the same result wouldve been achieved i personally do not like to file complaints unless it is absolutely nessecary. But that is my veiw and others may deal with it in other ways.as i am a very active user (i am on 3-6 hours a day) complaints against me should not be present unless i truly do something wrong. I get that alscar was on vacay and was using minechat and stuff but complaints against me make me very upset if they arent for a valid reason. I was just a little upset today after reading that I was being blamed for scamming.
I am going to give @alscarface the benefit of the doubt on this. My reasoning behind this is that the fact he filed several complaints on the same day, 2 of which were legitimate which resulted in bans for scamming. This tells me that he has several active loans and that it may be possible to forget which ones he had received payment for. I agree that this may look suspicious, but considering what I have just said and what has been said in this complaint, I don't believe that there is sufficient evidence of malicious intent to scam. Despite this, I completely agree with what @chris227227 stated above. A complaint for scamming can have significant impacts on a player's reputation due the emphasis that players put on complaints in our economy for many different reasons. This should have never reached a complaint, it would have been much better handled via a PM or /mail etc to avoid this. I would also like to point out now that attempted scamming is extremely serious, and whilst I may not believe that there is the malicious intent in this instance, this complaint may contribute to future complaint for the same offence. This complaint may become additional evidence of intention to scam in the future. Locked - Insufficient evidence of intention to scam.
