Additional Information:

Never repaid loan. I didn't feel the need to file another complaint until now because the user has been inactive. Upon becoming active again, they denied knowing about a complaint filed against them. They have since spent money on other things such as ranks. It is my understanding they only owe 10% of the 246k originally owed.

Edit: I am willing to give this user time to repay loan. They claimed to need 6 weeks though and I think that is a bit excessive for a little less than 25k.​
