Section 5 - Towns, Nations and Property Clause 1 - Town Ownership and Town Residency
Town owners have the right to form any laws, living or building rules within in towns, so long as they do not interfere with our universal server rules.
Town owners are expected to have respect towards their town’s residents. Scamming and taking advantage of your town’s residents is strictly prohibited.
If you are the victim of a Mayor/President town scam, you may submit proper evidence of such to our Complaints forum .
Mayors may remove anyone from their towns for any reason, as outlined in Clause 3 - Seizure of Property.
Clause 2 - Claiming and Zoning Laws
There is no unofficial land claiming. The only way to claim land is to apply for a protected town/nation by applying for a town with a Mayor, President or Additional Town application, dependent on your rank.
When placing a town, you must be at least 15 blocks away from any other town on all sides of your town
The exception to this is if you receive a neighbouring town owner’s permission by means of them posting in your application thread, in which case you may place your towns within 15 blocks of their town. You must receive permission from every town owner that you are within 15 blocks of.
The town owner giving permission must be the applicant owner of the town.
Failure to abide by the zoning laws will result in your application being denied, as well as the possibility of you being fined.
Clause 3 - Seizure of Property
Sufficient warning is given to the evicted person(s) ahead of time.
For an individual, you must give 3 days advanced notice. For entire towns and/or mass evictions (5+ people) you must make a forum thread in the Towns Discussion forum . In this thread, all evicted persons must be tagged and given 7 days advanced notice. Users who can not be tagged due to not having a forum account must be mailed with the same length of notice. Users are given the appropriate timeframe and ability to remove their items and belongings. However, under the following circumstances, the advanced notice criteria need not be met:
Griefing of the town which has resulted in a ban.
The user has been banned from the server for longer than the time required to give advanced notice.
The user has been evicted for breach of town rules (the mayor will have to provide proof of the rules and that the user has agreed and was aware of said rules.)
In any case, you may not block access to any locked belongings of the evicted user at any time. If you wish to gain access to their belongings, you must fill out an LWC request following the guidelines posted in the following clause and have it approved before you may block access to the previously locked items.

The following reasons is why you are being banned. You did not listen when told to re-add all members of the town, give them sufficient 7 days notice to retrieve their items, as per server rules. After unblocking the house, which belonged to her, you then blocked the chests instead, and tore down someone else's house. @averagejoe2012
