Felon Username: @awesomemax64 Complaint: Breach of contract. Evidence: On 28 January 2015, I gave @awesomemax64 a 200k loan, and he agreed to return 300k to me in three weeks. He is long past his due date, and has still has not paid it off. Here is the contract we agreed to: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-loan.117037/ Imgur album with all the screenshots I could find throughout the past four months relating to the loan: Images 1-5: Awesomemax64 and I agree ingame, and I send him the 200k under the supervision of smorezs. Images 6-7: I mail awesomemax64 about his loan three days before its due date. I also forum pm'ed him at this time. Images 8-10: I mail awesomemax64 again at his due date. At that point, he had been offline for over two weeks. I forum pm'ed him again as well. - Somewhere in here, @awesomemen64 told me that awesomemax64's computer had broken and was not able to get online, and therefore, I decided to wait until awesomemax64 was active again to contact him. Images 11-16: awesomemax64 has returned from inactivity by now, and we discuss his loan. Also, the loan sign I placed when the loan was initiated is visible; notice it is still empty. Images 17-18: I pm awesomemax64 about the loan, and do not get a response. - A day later, @StanleyMines and awesomemen64 told me via forum pm that the awesomemax64 account had been transferred to a different IRL friend, but awesomemen64 also said that he would do his best to pay off the loan. Images 19-20: I pm awesomemax64 again, and do not hear a response. Images 21-22: I send awesomemax64 ingame mail a final time. Images 23-24: In front of the still-unpaid loan sign, I show that both awesomemen64 and awesomemax64 have both been offline for about ten days. I also send awesomemax64 mail that I am now filing a complaint. Image 25: The entirety of the forum pm I had going with awesomemax64, awesomemen64, and StanleyMines. Notice that awesomemax64 has not yet read the pm. Additional Information: At one point ingame, before the awesomemax64 account was transferred, awesomemen64 and awesomemax64 were both ingame, and they paid me a combined $7,572 going towards the loan. I edited the loan sign as seen in images 23-24 of the album, but there is still $292,428 left to be paid. Though I do not have screenshots of their payments, I can confirm that I was paid $7,572. Also, I'd like to point out that at the time of this complaint being filed, both awesomemen64 and awesomemax64 have been off the forums for quite some time, and have both been offline for over ten days. This loan is also over three months overdue, as of now.
@ChargerBoltz5 thanks you for filing this complaint. I will look into @awesomemax64's account transfer. I need to go over some things and do a lil bit of digging on this one, so please bare with me. While I'm doing this @awesomemax64 can you please explain what happened? Left open for 24 hours...
Also @ChargerBoltz5 could you add me to the conversation you posted a pic of. Clearly it's an edited image, so I'll need to see the actual conversation please.
Thank you. Talking this over with staff. Will try to get back to you within the 24 hour time frame stated above.
Ok, after talking it over with a couple experienced staff members here is the deal. This debt is @awesomemax64's debt, but if @awesomemen64 wants to come in and pay on it, this will keep @awesomemax64 from getting banned and you @ChargerBoltz5 get your money back. If @awesomemen64 does pay on this, it does NOT make this his debt, this is still @awesomemax64's debt. So I'll need to know who will be making these payments and a schedule agreed upon. Again I'll leave this open for 24 hours. Still leaving open for 24 hours...
Alright, thanks @Ladyvamptress @awesomemen64 @awesomemax64 I personally don't care who ends up paying off this debt, but I'd prefer to have it all back in about 5 weeks from now. I have an outstanding payment of my own to make on July 5, so that's my preferred date. However, I'm open for discussion about the exact due date. I'd rather choose a date that you know you can do than one that puts you under too much pressure.
March 2014 to mid april this year. Sorry I couldent pin point it as I though. Hope this can be of some help.
@StanleyMines thank you for posting that information, but just because @awesomemax64 transferred accounts, doesn't mean he doesn't have to pay this. This debt is still attached to that account and if it is not paid, action will be taken.
@ChargerBoltz5 thank you for being super nice and patient over this, but unfortunately we could not resolve this to the point where you could be paid back. If this user ever appeals though, this will be added to their debt that they will have to pay off. Since @awesomemax64 did not respond and not payment plan could be agreed upon @awesomemax64 will be banned for loan scamming @ChargerBoltz5 User banned for loan scamming @ChargerBoltz5 - Locked
