This is what is written write below in a grey colour when I wanted to fill out this complaints, and I shall provide everything needed for this complaints as asked for.​

Let me start off by saying that this isn't the first time I've seen someone break the same rule that the user Bad_Boy1_3 broke and I have filled a complaint before about the same issue, in the past my complaint was on Mr_Doom_Bringer and seeing as Bad_Boy1_3 has a forum account he should be familiar of our Complaints/Ban Appeals section. Why am I saying this you ask? Well because there is something called LOGIC and THINKING. Bad_Boy1_3 should learn from other's mistakes and not repeat them. ​

Let me stop blabbing and start talking about the complaint itself. Today, March 5th [Wednesday] I witnessed an auction held for a melonsword by Bad_Boy1_3 and he actually stated it WAS an actual MELON SWORD (See Evidence Below). I saw this around 6:00PM KSA time. Now, after a few questions by fellow community members such as LaBelleDame he actually said it was until he decided to reveal the truth and say this 'It's a joke :p'. No moderators warned him although plenty were online, I understand you guys are busy but still you should at least have one moderator keeping and eye on chat. ​

Now why am I writing this long complaint rather than just stating 'User was abusing Auction chat'. Please don't take this as a troll complaint, it isn't one at all. This complaint is just to make my points visible to all other users so they know our server rules. Now seeing as Bad_Boy1_3 's rank is Resident, I think he read the rules. Why do I say this? Rule that Bad_Boy1_3 broke:​

Clause 5 - Auction ChannelOnly auctions and questions pertaining directly to an auction are permitted in this channel. ​

By starting any auction, you are committed to sell that item. ​

You may not cancel an auction after you have heard the first bid. ​

Make sure that you start the auction at a reasonable price, as even if you are unhappy with the final bid, you must sell the item. ​

You are allowed to ignore bids from certain players at your discretion, however, you must do so inclusively. Once you have heard a bid from a player, you may not ignore that player’s bids for any reason for the duration of that auction. ​

False bidding is not allowed. If you are caught bidding something that you cannot pay, you will face punishment. ​

Auctions must use the same currency for all bids. ​

You are allowed to use netherstars or any other form of currency you choose, so long as it is EcoCityCraft related, as long as the auction remains in that currency for the duration of it. ​

If not specified, it is to be assumed that all auctions are to be bid on with EcoDollars. ​

Bids can only be accepted in the auction channel, and auctioneers may not accept bids from other channels or via Private Message. ​

Do not extend your auction because you are not happy with the results. Long auctions should be taken to the forums. ​

There is to be no “mystery auctions” - all items in auction must be specified exactly as they are, and must follow the rules for renamed items and any other trading rule regarding how to be specific about what your item is. ​

On the same token, it is the responsibility of all bidders to be 100% sure of what they are bidding on before they bid on it. If you are not sure, ask the auctioneer to specify what exactly is being auctioned, or any other questions you may have pertaining to what is up for bid. ​

Did he have that item to begin with? NO Did he follow the rules even though he stated he did? NO ​
