Since 50k was the amount of money that was initially sent to bad_boy1_3, I will pay you back 50k. However, I will ONLY pay you this money if, and only if, this complaint against bad_boy1_3, and all future complaints against him, that relate to this particular issue, are considered null and void. I do not have an interest, nor do I have an obligation, to pay you anything. In fact, I would much rather save my money. That being said, take my offer not as an offense, but instead as an opportunity to cut your losses. If you take my offer, then you lose absolutely nothing. However, if you reject my offer, then you lose 50k. I would much rather have bad_boy1_3 in debt to me, than in debt to you. Its just a thought.
I would like to suggest that there be a middle man(a trusted user) for this deal or provide more time because I don't think I can get on today until 3:30-ish maybe later
