I gave him a loan and he didn't pay back.Evidence: http://imgur.com/z5JNdvX Additional Information: I logged on today and did /seen ball8897 and it said he hadn't been on. So later today I did it again and it said he was banned so I decided to file my complaint now. And overall he was supposed to pay 24.5k back in 3 days and that never happened. Also he was offline the whole 3 days he had to pay back.

I gave him a loan as well, and unfortunately he owes me ~140k now. He forum pm'ed me asking for a payment plan, and hasn't responded since Thursday, which is also his last forum activity date. I will file a complaint when deemed necessary.
