upon returning to having no more stuff ldw chased off official threatening him that he was going to be forcibly removed. offical did the right thing and just said bye. ldw angered by not having any stuff went around removing all locks in town that were exactly 7day afk. seen here

to be clear i did not sell the plot. i gave it back to the previous owner. all these LWC's were filed in spite towards the town/its residents. yes they were 7 days afk which makes them valid lock removals. but i dont think that gives ldw the right to claim every plot in town. i have been sucessfully running this town for months with no trouble. i wish to keep it that way. thats why i gave a 3 day eviction notice to ldw116 on the forum and in game. shown here.

As for my response to ldw, that was without the full context of the situation - which is what will really be needed in this case as it appears to be quite complex.

I'm going to conclude the following; under normal circumstances, neither of you have the authority to remove the other without just cause.

However, the grief reported by bandgeek makes this situation unconventional, and gives bandgeek just cause to remove you. If you have any belongings in the town, I will require @bandgeek12345 give you 3 days as a town member to clear them, after which point he may remove you from the town.

Co-Mayors are expected to work together to aid a town, not cause trouble and work against each other.
