Thanks for reporting, After discussing this issue with other staff members, we have come to the conclusion that no rules have been broken from the evidence provided. When I spoke to pat2100 regarding the issue, he stated no rules were broken. As for the harassment, again, there is no evidence for us to work off of. If you wish for a user to leave your town, please ask them to do so. If they refuse, please contact any staff member online to help you. As this is against our rules outlined here; I will locking this complaint as there is not sufficient evidence of any rules being broken. If you gather any evidence, please do not hesitate to file another complaint. Also keep in mind you have access to use /ignore if necessary to ignore these types of issues.
