Accused Username: blackceasorComplaint: Loan scam and breach of contract. On 27 Dec 2015 I loaned them 20k, 28k was to be paid back by 3 Jan 2016. User is 41 days late and the contract envisages a 7%/day late fee over the amount to be paid back (therefore 1960/day). The total amount owed as of today would be slightly over 108k. I understand this is a pretty high amount, I didn't foresee such a huge delay when I made the contract. I don't know whether there are any restrictions on late fees, it's not very clear and it seems there's a debate going on over this matter.Evidence: Additional Information:
Thank you for filing this complaint. We do not enforce un-capped late fees (late fees that don't have a date when they end). @blackceasor can you please explain why this money has not been paid off or provide evidence it has? User given 24 hours to respond
