he ended up giving me back the money which was nice of him still a bit sad that he tried to steal it but at least he was nice and paid me back.
After consultation with other staff, we have decided that you will still have to be banned. What you did was malicious, wrong and the fact that you did this to a builder, usually the new people on the server who don't know how our complaint system works or how to gather proper evidence, shows that you were trying to take advantage of that. With the evidence shown you had every intent to scam @Bonafied, and you're only remorseful after the fact, and because you got caught. For those reasons I will be banning you for malicious intent and attempted scamming, although the fact that you paid it back will help any appeal you may wish to file in the future.
