Additional Information:

I have received 70k out of 360k. I am still owed 290k and as per the above contract 75k will be added to the debt owed​

that is a picture of the screen shot I took incase something went wrong. I forgot to tap f2 twice but the picture above shows the screen shot timestamped and was taken on my tablet. it shows the full time stamp. the screen shot is the same as the one above but with the timestamp

When I loan my money i am putting myself at a disadvantage to allow someone else to use it for something they need. When I set out the terms of an agreement I expect them to be followed as they portray my financial circumstances. Him not being able to pay me back in time affects my financial plans and I have to put everything on hold before the money comes back to me. The way I planned for such an inconvenience in my contract was with a late fee I thought would compensate for the trouble being late would cause me. I believe this is fair and as per the contract I would like 75k to be added to the total debt.

@BlazeInfinite you not paying me back means I can't pay my debt. Which as I'm sure your quite aware of right now is a huge problem. I think my late fee is fair given the circumstances.

 

I would also like to enforce my late fees because of several reasons.

1) this comment makes me think that if I didn't have the time stamp you wouldn't pay me back.

2) I told you in game that I would give you some slack if you put the money you had in your balance into paying me back instead of giving out loans. I even said I'd give you an extension if you had only 300k payed by Saturday.

The way I see it is that your a nice guy but in this even you made some mistakes that are going to cost the both of us considerable amounts of money.
