I re claimed the eff7 since he was a week late on a payment but he still owes me 100k as per the agreed contract which states "the pick will be reclaimed by @bobman3355 and no refund will be provided to @BlazeInfinite. @BlazeInfinite will also need to finish all payments due through the week the pick axe is re claimed." He paid 25k from the week eff7 was re claimed but still owes 100k. The 100k is due tomorrow (only including the time he wasnt banned which is 4 days before his ban and tomorrow will be the 3rd day after his ban) this would make the payment late and would mean that he owes a 90k late fee. I know technically he has not breached the contract until this payment is 2 months late but i figured i would get this on record now.

Thank you for your complaint. As per the contract it says:
"If @BlazeInfinite is a full 1 week late on a payment @bobman3355 can re claim the pick axe and not provide any form of refund to @BlazeInfinite.@BlazeInfinite will also owe @bobman3355 all money due through the week that the pick axe is re claimed in this includes late fees."
This means you, @BlazeInfinite, will owe @bobman3355 100k/125k as he said you have only paid him off 25k/125k. Unless you can provide evidence you have paid more of it off, I will require you to pay him that. I will not enforce a late fee of 90k as the pick has been reclaimed. -
@BlazeInfinite I would like you to pay @bobman3355 $100,000 in 3 weeks time by the 1st of March. If you have not paid this off by then, @bobman3355 should file another complaint.
