    I don't see any major rule breaking... at worst they would get a warning for swearing in chat/touchy subjects. (just saying :) ( I am still condemning their actions (just a btw :) )

    Complaints end in warnings 95% of the time anyway, these users just said pretty inappropriate things because there was a crazy lotto (I had lot messages off) to hide what they said.
