    Nothing in the picture can really constitute as harassment, this was meant as a joke, and the message in which you said "oh i am so scared -_-" indicated that you were not serious about it.
    If there are more instances where serious harassment takes place, please file another complaint, however this complaint does not really indicate any harassment took place.
