Accused Username: @bobman3355Complaint: Failure to pay back loan on time.Evidence: Additional Information: @bobman3355 nothing personal man but your banned and i dont see you being able to pay by friday. Bob is banned atm and ows me 150k plus late fees on a 250k loan with 300k payback. The full 300k wad due tuesday and only 150k was payed. The late fees as seen in the above screen shot i would like to be added until the full amount (150k plus late fees) is payed. Im not mad or anything and @bobman3355 i think your a cool guy. This complaint is more for documentation of late fees due to you being banned
yep i completely understand and will work hard to pay u back as soon as i am unbanned I am very sorry I did not have the full 300k the day it was due. Hopefully i will be un banned quickly and will be able to get you the rest of the money so u do not have to wait because I know it sucks having people late with their payments. I do have one question and that is are late fees informed for days I'm banned? just curious because yes its a late day but I have no way of making money during this time.
At this time i have no idea how long it will take to handle your appeal and how long your temp ban will be. I hope you undersyand every day that moneys not in my pocket is a day its not working for me and for that reason to be safe i would like late fees inforced at this time. How ever im not unreasonable and once you are unbanned im sure we can figure out a fair amount of the late fees to actually be payed.

late fees are not enforced when a player is banned if i am correct, i would not want @bobman3355 having to pay money unnecessarily. Only if i am correct ofc, if i am wrong plz delete.
Im unsure if what matrix said about late fees ks true. Id like late fees to be enforced while bob is banned sence he has an open appeal.. how ever if this isnt allowed please atleast add on the late fees from before he was banned
I won't be the one handling this complaint, however I can confirm, late fees are not enforced for the time during someone's ban. If you had an agreement for late fees and they were already in place before the user was banned, that's fine. If the player cannot log on due to being banned, late fees are just unreasonable and unenforceable as it makes no sense to force them to pay for something when they physically can't log on. The agreement states the late fees may continue for 6 weeks. If, after 6 weeks, the payment has not been made, including late fees, then you may refile this complaint.
