@DarknessDimitri , Could you please be more precise on your complaint? In other words, could you try to explain it differently so it's more understandable.

 

I think the user means that he has paid off the loan but @bobman3355 keeps on re-filling the sign so @DarknessDimitri has to pay off more money

 

@drewbo173 I understand the same and I understand the main idea of his complaint. However, I need him to write it out more completely and explained better as it is not 100% clear and I can't process this based on what the complaint "seems to be about".
Nonetheless, thank you for your input.

 

in our agreement (i have screen shots) there is 1k interest per day the loan is late. he is late around 30 days and lucky i didn't report him. Those are simply the interest from the loan being late that i put back in the sign. If you would like to see the screen shots i would gladly post them here.

 

@bobman3355 please post all the evidence you can provide pertaining this complaint.
@DarknessDimitri please do the same, apart from re-phrasing your complaint please post as much evidence as you may have.

@bobman3355 I can't accept those pictures because they do not follow the proper procedure to present screenshots as evidence.
Please review this page about how to collect proper evidence.
I can't accept pictures of a screen that seem to be taken from a cell phone or something similar.

 

how is that any different than a screen shot of the whole page?

Clause 1 - Safety and Responsibility

  • When it comes to trades, whether it be an item for item trade, an item for money trade, a money for server features trade, or any sort of trade, there is a responsibility all parties take in participating in these trades to collect appropriate evidence in case something goes awry.
  • The main types of evidence needed to prove that a trade has gone wrong are: Proof of agreement (where the trade is stated and agreed upon by both parties) and the payment (where the payment is sent or received by one party.)
  • Contracts can act as proof of agreement, but in all cases, proof of payment is also required.

    • Under no circumstances is evidence from Skype or any other type of communication outside of the main server or forums admissible.

Did you take screenshots with F2 (on Windows) or fn+F2 (on Mac) ?? Or just your phone?

yes i have been paying off my eff7 all on time and i have payed back 80k on the payment plan so farm and have another 200k to go

 

and with the eff7 i don't need to rip u off I'm just adding the late fees. i can make 15-20k an hour with the eff7

 

Alright, aside from the screenshots.
There was an agreement between @bobman3355 and @DarknessDimitri ,
The agreement was that DarknessDimitri would receive $20,000 then pay back $40,000 after 3 days and $1,000 would be added to the payment as a late fee per day late.
Those screenshots don't have a timestamp (that's another reason why you should follow the Guides in our Wiki) so there's no way for me to tell for sure when the that payment was due.



I do have some questions:
@bobman3355 Why didn't you add the late fees (potatoes in the sign) before and instead waited until the 1st sign was done? Why didn't you tell @DarknessDimitri about the new sign being made? Not just after making the sign, but that you planned on making a new sign to add these fees.
Can both of you come up to an agreement on when they initial agreement was made? (Date those screenshots)

Once you answer those questions I'll have a few more questions related to your answers and we should then discuss a solution for this issue.

 

the first sign was never done i was adding them as they days went on and he had never fully cleared bought all the potatoes in the sign. Today he bought the final ones in the sign and so the loan is payed off in full to me.

 

Is everything now set between both of you @bobman3355 and @DarknessDimitri ?
