@MonsterOmen Never, and I do not want a refund I want my plot I rightfully own. I have been wronged the same way @TheYoungGun did that got the plot taken from him, the only difference is that I am not a menace. I have not griefed multiple times, or at all. And there was no reason to have it taken from me.

@LRP85 He was rightfully evicted, just never noted. The same thing happened to me but there was no probable cause for eviction and I never griefed him to get revenge on a Mayor. The transaction for the plot was legal and Admins, mods and supermods will all tell you the plot was under my ownership legally. He got out with a loophole, and then told me he would rebuild it just to spite me. He even got a re-fund which makes his case for it back void. @Jacob43365 did not know what had happened or that he got a refund. He did not even know I owned the property at the time he have it away. So before you address me about this, please read the complaint and ask questions. Also, please note I will only talk about this case, on the thread the case was filed on.

@TheYoungGun it is the most effective way to tell everyone on the thread distinctly who you are referring to or speaking to, it saves a lot of confusion. However, if that is what you want, then so be it.

 

@buddermanrules Can you deal with this first, what you are doing is not professional and is not what I would have expected from someone who had invested so much into the server.

TheYoungGun seems to no longer care about this either. So, I'm guessing progressing this complaint into action is no longer going to be an issue.
