I did not want to file this complaint, however, I have given buddermanrules more than enough time to pay me back and he or she has not complied as per the agreement in our contract.​

@Gernen He signed a contract promising to pay me back $135,000 ECD by September 30, 2014, so I am willing to allow @buddermanrules to pay me $135,000 ECD by October 30, 2014. That is more than enough time to do so.

I would also like to ask for more clarification of "evidence" under The rules for the use of this forum are as follows #4. "Bans made for this reason must have appropriate evidence that parts of the contract were breached/not met. This includes proof that the transaction has actually happened in game (proof of payment, proof of ownership transfer, etc.) where applicable. Please make contracts that are easy to collect evidence for, because if we cannot prove it, we cannot act upon it." There should be something stated such as "proof of time transaction took place a.k.a double tapping F2" in those parenthesis, because I was led to believe that a simple screenshot of me sending money (proof of payment) was adequate enough as well as having another means of proving the time of when the transaction took place.
