Accused Username: BuildsByGideonComplaint: (I want to appeal the decision made in the last complaint against me) I was not allowed to state my side as @FuryFudge said not to post unless asked and I was never asked.Evidence: My side: Okay here is my argument: Builds valued doing the prebuilts at 150k and the skyscraper at 70k He has 15 prebuilts started, 13 done, lets just go with 15 for arguments sake. Again, for arguments sake lets pretend they are an average of 23x23 (20x20 with a 3 block border on all sides) The paths in this town take up about 4000 blocks (less, but again for arguments sake) Walls take up 800 The skyscraper is lets say 4 20x20 areas (less, but again for arguments sake) not including areas over a path Total space taken up by things already built (As in non pre-builts fill-able area) in blocks is aprox. 4000 + 800 + (4 x 20 x 20) ~6400 blocks 40000-6400 = 33600 33600/(23x23) = 63.5 round down to 60 (it wont perfectly fit) 15/60 = .25 or 25% completed 25% of 150k = 37500 therefore I believe buildsbygideon is owed 37,500 NOT 110k all numbers used were in the favor of him (most prebuilts are smaller and very few are bigger, 63.5 was rounded down, sky scraper was larger than reality) If you need proof of this, (The 150k valuation OR The fact that Builds knew and agreed to fill the whole town) ask @FuryFudge as he is added to that convo previous complaint: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-ldw116.145057/ Look, I DO NOT OBJECT THAT BUILDS SHOULD BE PAYED. In addition, there are thousands and thousands of dollars in supplies left. I gave him 120k in total value of supplies and money to buy supplies, he got 25% done with that amount. Mods please delete what I'm about to say as no mod asked me a question, I will take the forum warning, I do not think I would get one anyway as I was directly asked a question but I only want to say this: ldw, yes your facts are incorrect, if you didn't know, Clar locked my user complaint saying that you owed me 110k by the 12th of March, and she locked it, when a user complaint is locked that means it's the end of it. Also another part of what you said was incorrect is, I did more then 40k worth, and Clar thinks so too, she even took the time to go out there and judge with her own eyes.

Once again, I apologize for talking out of shift, but I want to say this: There are thousands of dollars worth in supplies still, the supplies are your stuff like random pieces of wood, enchanted tools, books, and such, plus there are more, but they are not the kind of building materials to build with when your contracted to build them Atlantis style, I have about 100k (in my own chests not ldw's) worth in materials but that doesn't mean that they are all used for Atlantis style builds, so I couldn't build with them as it would be breaking the contract where I stated that I would build Atlantis style buildings not some random buildings

To everyone who thinks that this is silly, where is the flaw in my logic? Is any of my math wrong or illogical? What have I said that doesn't make sense?
@BuildsByGideon yes, I know clar locked the last one. However, I never got to argue my side, that is the point of this.
@ldw116 The accused is always allowed to argue their side, As I said in our forum PM, if you were punished for arguing your side to tell me about it. Fury's post was to discourage the /irrelevant/ posting that was going on in that complaint. You had ample time to haggle the price of the repayment with Builds the entire time the last complaint was open. You spent that time being rather uncooperative and argumentative, then again you still retracted any offer of payment over a potato rating. Lets look at that complaint; Builds stated this fairly early on to the complaint. You responded, by quoting that post; If he wanted to be paid for what he did, and you had an interest in getting your argument for what is fair in, this would have been a good time to analyze what was done and present your offer. Please don't try to blame us for not letting you have your argument, the complaint was open for a few days, you could have at any time stated your argument. Do you have any screenshots of this kind of transaction? I will ask you. Do you have any /additional/ evidence to prove that you did provide ample provisions for the project. Part of my decision in the last complaint is that you provided no evidence to prove any of this. You have 24 hours to present evidence. For the record, no additional posting unless you're adding to or are a relevant person in the complaint.

@BuildsByGideon What would you value the mats at? @BuildsByGideon did you value the prebuilts portion of the job at 150k @BuildsByGideon are any of my numbers in the math incorrect?
I believe it is relevant to add that when you hire a skilled builder to build your town, you aren't just hiring someone by the volume of every building they created because that is crazy. Everything he build he did with, skill, time and aesthetic. I bet you would have no problem if you offered that sum to a bunch of builders and ended up with mud huts. Gideon provided the aestethic you wih and he worked darn near constanly for a month on it. You are spending money or his time, for his artistic talent as well. I've been there a dozen times and 37 thousand dollars is a spit in the face of what he acmoplished. What's more is that Gideon is the nicest most agreeable player I know and he wold have been incredibly flexible if you just hadn't gone awol for 6 days.
This complaint is to contest a decision I made, it is not a physical complaint against Builds. Since no forward movement has been made in the way of evidence to prove anything I am closing the complaint. I will however discuss this with you guys in forum PM. Complaint Closed
