As he has failed to make a single payment and refuses to answer my mail I will be removing him as owner for the town of "Mrcoolcity" And taking ownership. To keep you in the loop @Ceebrett, please refer to the screenshots: Spoiler I have in-game mailed @burtonbeast35 and told him that the money is to be paid into the sign and I'd like to be there to screenshot /post as proof, I have given him about 5-6 hours (before I get off for the night) to do so.
I have decided to help burton out on this one and he says he will pay me back in about a week. I have decided to keep ceebrett as co owner until this complaint is locked/resolved to avoid any issues.

Debt is paid in full, and @dumdum71 has now removed me as co-owner from mrcoolcity. Id say thats about the best resolution we could all hope for. Big thank you to @Ladyvamptress for sorting this issue in a timely matter and also big thanks to @dumdum71
