Complaint:

I was playing the other day 29/05/14 uk time and i saw that the user burtonbeast35 was selling a pumpkin axe which had the enchants of efficiency v unbreakable 3 and fortune 3 so i went ahead and agreed to buy it after being shown a demonstration from burtonbeast35. I transfered the money and he gave me the axe, i started to use the axe and the user burtonbeast35 asked me if i wanted it to be repaired (e-rep) and so i said yes and gave him the axe after that he went offline and i never saw the axe again i paid 10k for it and i have tried contacting him to resolve it without the need to involve the admin team with no luck​

I do have screen shots however are on a different computer i can get them if you feel they are required​

Additional Information:

I feel that the user behaved in a very immoral way and not in the spirit that minecraft should be played, we are all there to enjoy the game and he has most defiantly succeeded in ruining the game and server experience​

but im talking about the erep problem where when i gave it too you for the erep i didnt recieve it back instead you logged out or appeared to do so

 

I know you told me about the internet but that doesnt describe how they have gone missing i gave you 2 axes to be repaired and havent recieved either i would just be happy to recieve a new pumpkin axe otherwise i will leave it to the admin staff to decide what needs to happen

 

or a refund for the 10000 i paid you
