carlfugateComplaint:
The user in question, carlfugate, was running an auction of 16 diamonds. It was won by myself, LJKAzrael, for $340 (a price he posted and I met). When we met to complete the transaction, I payed the $340. Instead of receiving my 16 diamonds, I received the message that the price was $3400 for 16 diamonds (a server value of only $400). I retorted that the price (set by him) was $340 and I had screenshots to prove these claims. He accused me of being a scammer and sent back $34 (10% of what I paid him). I pointed out that he only gave back $34, but he left. I have received no further messages from him regarding the matter. I would like to receive the 16 diamonds I won and paid for, but at the very least if that is not possible I would like my money back. Thank you for your time reviewing this complaint and taking the matter into consideration.Evidence:

Thank you for reporting this, LJK :)
@carlfugate, first I want to ask if can you offer any evidence that the diamonds were given?
Second, based on these photos, the amount agreed to in the auction was $340 ECD. While we would normally offer the benefit of the doubt when it comes to "forgetting the price" agreed to in the auction, the fact that you also forgot in the consecutive moment how much he had paid you leads me to believe that this is a form of attempted scamming. I will be tagging our GAs to review the evidence and determine the verdict.
