    As this loan is due back on the 4th of November, which has not passed yet, I will be waiting until the 5th to take action, as this contract has not been breached (Today is the 4th, and he can still pay back the money until the end of today).

    Im sorry it is not like i am not trying to pay him back or avoid him but he is never online when i am therefore i can not pay him back. The next time we are both online i will pay you back.
