    So, just so I'm clear on this, the complaint is that @Chiblin killed @xboyfernz in a non-pvp area, and @Chiblin admits to doing it, but calls it accidental?

    @xboyfernz, please describe the incident in more detail.
    @Chiblin, please explain in further detail how it is that you killed another user in a non-pvp zone by accident.

    yes well @Mika8117 tped him there and he statred fishing and he started building up on cobble and than i strted mining the cobble and he fell i thought hw would fall in water but he jumped towards land and hit the groun and died and i left his stuff and tped him there

    He knew very well i would hit the ground and broke the block underneath me.He was aware of what would happen and he persistently broke blocks under me.I wanted to get higher for fishing and it was in the wild so i was allowed,but he has broken a very serious rule and should be punished

    @Chiblin, that is not a credible explanation for killing a player in a non-pvp world, which is taken very seriously on this server.
