Rule/s broken Bids can only be accepted in the auction channel, and auctioneers may not accept bids from other channels or via Private Message. I Feel if he has broken, why would he/she not beak more rules.
Thanks for reporting, I will be having a talk with the user in-game, about the auction chat rules and bid acceptance. Hopefully this will prevent such an event occurring in the future. I will also talk to the bidder in trade chat, explaining why his bid cannot be accepted, and also explaining bidding rules to the user. Should an event occur again in the future, file a complaint as usual. Locked, both users talked to about auction rules via /mail
