About 10 minutes after i sent the loan, the user played the next two lotteries with 45 tickets each and lost them both. He then messaged me about a day later and told me his computer had broke and that he cannot play ECC for a while. I have not heard from this user since about 1-2 days ago, where I told him when his loan was due. He argued telling me that his computer had broke during this period and he doesn't think the additional payments should count because his computer "broke." He signed the contract, he will pay me ALL money owed, including the additional fines.​

Moral of the story: Don't loan to kids 13 and under. They most likely will not pay you back and will come up with invalid excuses for not paying back.​

 

He did not pay. I didnt receive any money in any of the three signs i posted in the complaint. It says you owe 135k in the sign because that's the original amount you needed to pay back before February 12. Now, because of the 2 week late fee, 2,500 x 14 = 35,000. Now, you owe 170,000. There are two separate signs next to the original 135k payback sign -- one for each week late. Nothing has been paid.

 

That's a complete lie. I couldn't have "taken" it. You don't have any proof so please don't make false statements.

The pictures are a little out of order but as you get to the end they are mostly in order. You can tell by the screenshots that this user is attempting to lower the amount of money he owes and turn the situation around by blaming his wrongdoings on my "scamming." I say "how did you manage to make the 115k back" to see how he was lying and what he was going to say. He has not paid me a single cent. Additionally, he is beginning to tell users, such as Gernen, that I am a "scammer." This kid is causing a lot of trouble to the ECC community as everyone can see by the other complaints posted about him.

All I ask is that I get some sort of a response from a staff member. No staff have posted here since Thursday. I know you guys are busy, but, the kid is going around asking for another loan from Gernen and he is just going to scam others too.

 

Well, at least I got the mods to start handling it. That was my goal.:cool:
