cracker228989 If you find this comment irrelevant or unnecessary, I will remove it asap. I too was scammed by a builder who knew a lot about the server. Even though it may not seem suspicious ingame, it is very interesting, because as far as I'm aware, many builders don't even know how ecodollar to donation feature transactions work. Looking at cris1337, I found that he appealed his advertising ban, but it was denied for being too old. Not many people advertise on a server, and then remember it and want to come back months later, especially if he didn't play long enough to rank past builder. This makes me assume that cris1337 is an alternate account of a well-known player of ECC. It makes sense, because he/she could have used an alternate to advertise a new server, and later come back to donation scam, giving the money to his main account without any risk. When I was scammed by a builder, he turned out to be a veteran player's alt. It looks like the exact same situation here, and I hope this gave you some insight. I suggest that if cris doesn't reply in the next hour, which I doubt he will, that this player has his IP inspected.
Since cris1337 did not reply, and upmoon has no evidence of the payment being made (verified ingame), there is nothing that I can do, because there is no evidence of the payment being made. Remember to always take screenshots of the payment as well as the ingame-contract of this. If you find further evidence, make sure to file another complaint!
