The user says they do it, "all the time". This is an illegal act, and they should be punished. It is confirmed that @Mindless_Squid and @Derp_Dirt are brothers, so @Derp_Dirt would know if @Mindless_Squid would have done this action. Thanks for reading this complaint.​

Well, yes, but only because the evidence was not sufficient. The crime still stands as illegal, and that's all I was wanting to prove. My evidence here is sufficient, as @Derp_Dirt actually admitted to the offense.
