Firstly, I have filed only 9 ban appeals, so he is completely making up numbers slandering my name. ^Search showing 9 ban appeals^ Secondly, of my 9 appeals, I had requested to be banned for one of them due to a compromised account-something I consider to be one of my more responsible acts. Leaving those 8, one of them was an appeal to a temp ban that was expired. Of those 7, two of them were re-appeals, as my original appeals were not deemed good enough. I was banned a total of 5 times for rule violations. I am not sure why DeVaHz is telling users this and not sure why he thinks that number is higher, but I would like it to stop and would like to see some action taken. Another fact: DeVaHz has been banned twice in his 79 days from his join on forum, so we can say 1 per 40 days. I have been banned five times (explanation above) in my 739 days since the join of the forums. This would be once per every 147 (148 if we round up), making his statement not only rude, but highly hypocritical of him as well. I've stated before: This being said, I do not need trolls like DeV badgering me into breaking rules, and flaming the forums. I also do not want him slandering my name, thus making my goal harder for me to accomplish.
Since I've already talked to both of you about this same issue I'll be taking care of this complaint. Wait patiently while I review it. As always, any unneeded posts will receive a Forum Warning.
@CrazySwagMaster1 @DeVaHz As I said earlier, we have already talked about this (today actually). I'm saying this because Devahz's comment in that thread is prior to our conversation. However, there are still a few things I will say, repeat, and suggest. I'll expect you two to read this carefully and all of it. 1st.- @DeVaHz , there's no need to point out how many times a user has been banned It's offensive and it has a malicious intent. You are trying to damage her public image by making others believe something that's not true. In this case, it is slandering as well since you didn't even give accurate information (and no, there's no need to correct yourself on this) Users that are let back in from a ban are let back in for a reason. They have learnt their lesson, and are working to improve. Whatever @CrazySwagMaster1 's case might be, it has absolutely nothing to do with you. 2nd. Both can use the /ignore command. Which I'm aware you are already using. Also, both of you have the option of NOT sending /mail. If you send a /mail, expect a response. So if you want to avoid all this, don't start it. This goes to both of you. 3rd. Since this last incident started from what has happened in SG, I will add that each person can target who they please. From personal experience as Staff (believe me, we are targeted VERY often), I recommend you change your tactic and strategy. Modify your strategy, considering that a person may be, and is allowed to try to follow you and try to kill you as soon as the Grace Period ends. There are a number of ways to deal with this in game. 4th. If you know that something will trigger a reaction on the other person, why do it? Is it really necessary? And here I'm including everything: /mails, PMs (in case you magically are not /ignored anymore), forum PM, SG, etc. The best you can do, is treat the other person as if it was a complete stranger. That will be the most neutral treatment and you will save yourselves a TON of problems and time. Mistakes have been made from both of you. Learn from them.
