    User has been spamming trade about his casino all night, with his prior message still in the visible chat history before he posts it again.

    When chat is that slow the 3-5 minute trade posting rule should be increased to a longer time frame.    ​

    Additional Information:
    I did once ask him to stop, kind of, saying that I didn't want to see his ad again when it was still in my chat history, yet he appears to have ignored me completely in this request.

    BlueNinjaMC was also posting, at the same time as DiamondDesire (though not the time I have in my screenshot), a nearly carbon copy of the ad for the casino.    ​
