Felon Username: Eandy1234Complaint: I asked for an e-repair, he offered me a /tpa and I accepted (to his location). Once there I said hello, he replied hi, I gave him my pick and asked him how much I owed him then he left without a word.Evidence: Additional Information: This user has done this many times and simply denies it, because he knows things are hard to prove on Minecraft. The number of people that have reported him should give some indication to his guilt! The item I lost to this user was an Efficiency V, Fortune III, Unbreaking III pick.
Do you have a screenshot of your asking for an e-rep, or his offering one, or giving/accepting a teleport request?
Negative. I failed to follow good evidence procedures, a mistake I certainly will not make again. This is all I have, unfortunately. Rest assured it is true and accurate, however.
This is absolute nonsense. That never even occurred, he's also trying to pawn off a pic of him private messaging me and me not responding as evidence that I stole something from him.
Go ahead and say what you want. The fact remains that a growing number of complaints are stacking against you, and unless you, an otherwise unremarkable member of ECC have managed to accidentally upset a number of people for some mysterious reason unrelated to the thefts you have been accused of, you will sooner or later be found out. Enjoy the meager profits of your ventures while you can. I do hope you enjoy the rest of your time on ECC. It is quite an enjoyable place. Oh, and one more thing, I forgot to add this picture. You certainly did meet me, and it certainly did occur, at those coordinates, with you responding in local chat. And to think, I wouldn't even have bothered with reporting you if you had just given me back the pick. A wise choice, sir.
This statement sure doesn't line up with my story, though. Perhaps you'd like to re-invent your side of events? EDIT: This was meant to reference his last post.
