Complaint:
Okay so I was looking to buy some features from someone using in-game EcoDollars. I posted an advertisement in the Trade chat looking to buy features. Eiopio messaged me and said that he sells features for $50 ECD per USD. This right here made me hesitant to purchase features as usually they are above $5,000 ECD per USD. I however decided that I'd take the chance on the off chance that it was real and said I'd give him $1,000 ECD per USD to which he quickly replied " k pay up" however I hadn't even told them which feature I wanted yet. Before paying any money I asked if they had ever purchased features before and they replied "yes five times". I then decided that I wanted to purchase Extcreations for a total of $26,000 ECD from them during the November 15% off sale and having asked Eiopio if they were okay with getting me that feature (to which Eiopio agreed) I paid $26,000 ECD to them. Now we waited for what seemed like ages for the feature to come through, the while having the feel of a scam as I never received the feature. After about an hour of waiting, maybe a little more, I purchased another feature from them (Water+ for $13,000 ECD) to see if it would go through. It did not. Eiopio kept asking if I wanted to try again at purchasing a feature however I did not as i highly expected a scam in progress. Assuming a scam I asked for transaction ID's of the two purchased features to which Eiopio provided the following: 320538523235 and 3520523953. which are not real ID's I don't think.
From here I told Eiopio that i would have to file a complaint and they proceeded to pay me back a total of $39,000 ECD after saying they didn't have any/used it all.

Clause 2 - Scamming
- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming
- Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user.
