Felon Username: @eliteshadow0000 Complaint: Eliteshadow planned and executed the theft of an axe. I understand that the axe has been returned, but I still believe that rules have been broken. The previous complaint was not about the axe. It was about Elite's behavior, and I think it was unacceptable. He targeted a resident (as he has done before) because he believes that they are less likely to take screenshots/file a complaint, and therefore there is a higher chance that he will benefit. This sort of behavior is what we need to get rid of on the server. Below I have explained why I believe that Elite needs at least a warning. 2.2 Trolling: "Attempts to start any form of chaos or discord within the server" -By stealing a tool, elite caused discord within the town in which we were located. A gameadmin and a supermod were both called to assist. 2.3 Harassment: "Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play." -Elite was specifically harassing me and vpzed, by stealing a tool in which we were using, thereby ruining our gameplay. 2.4: Common Sense and Bending the Rules: "Be a good sport and a friendly community member." "Finding ways around the rules is punishable at administration’s discretion, from warnings all the way up to bans." -By stealing a tool which did not belong to him, Elite was not being a good sport or a friendly member of the community. He did return the tool, but not because he wanted to be friendly. He wanted to avoid getting in trouble. 3.2.2: Attempted Scamming: "Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user." -Elite intended to steal the tool by accepting the agreement to e-repair the tool, then accepting the teleport, and then stealing the tool. This *was* intended, as he accepted the teleport and then pretended to be afk so that he could steal the item. While he returned the tool after the fact, he had no intention of returning the tool until I made a complaint. He specifically said "I dont have to" when asked by nicit6 to return the tool, as it did not belong to him. Evidence: I have but one screenshot, of elite shadow flying away with the tool after he stole it. This is simply to prove that he, vpzed, and I were in the area. http://i.imgur.com/OiZOZHj.png However, since this is not the first time that eliteshadow0000 has done this, I believe that more action should be taken and that this should be looked into further. @nicit6 and @Gernen were in the area as well and viewed some of the chat. Additional Information: Again, I understand that he has returned the axe, and I'm sure @VpZeD is grateful for that, but I don't want to see this happen to another player. This is the sort of thing that makes new players want to leave the server. We should be able to do at least *something* to people who have done this multiple times.
hello clou, What really happened was i teleported to him because he needed an erepair, however for some reason he didnt give me the tool so i went afk and you came along doing his erepair. I'm pretty sure if an item is dropped it's a fair game, however i didnt return it. What i didnt like was when you started to threaten me and telling me that I had to. I honestly didnt really care about stealing it. So if anything i'm sorry for trolling vpzed and I will make it up for him.
@clou44 thank you for filing this complaint. After talking it over with staff, we have come to the conclusion that this is attempted scamming based on the fact that @eliteshadow0000 said himself that he went there to erep, but yet tried to keep the tool cause "if it's on the ground it's fair game." @eliteshadow0000, with that being said, I'd like to correct you in saying that when you go to someone to give them an erep, you are to give the item back as it is NOT 'fair game'. Once you discovered that you had @VpZeD's tools, you should have given it back of your own free will, but you did not decide to give it back until the issue was pressed. @eliteshadow0000 has been banned for Attempted Scamming - Locked
