    I don't think that would be enough evidence. You should back your claim up with some video proof just to be sure.

    Based on what is said here, the kid could just be full of himself saying that, there really isn't admitting being done here at least not in this conversation. Please do not hesitate to re-file another complaint if he does flat out admit it.
