@Epislen was instructed when appealed to pay you 65k by today.
This was before you yourself have been banned, therefore you will have to wait until you successfully appeal your ban to re-obtain this money from @Epislen
You cannot add additional late fee's onto this by saying he can pay another member because you are banned.

I will however leave this open for 24 hours to give @Epislen the chance to accept the late fee proposal or the ability to give it to another member, but i do state that he simply does not have to.

If he decides not to, he will have 48 hours after you are unbanned before you can refile a complaint about this.
This gives you and him enough time to contact each other and give payment back
