Hello TM. From what I can see in your screenshots, evan made it clear and said "melon and a sword". Do you have any proof he said anything else? Left open 24 hours for additional evidence.

@TM_iBeast , I have spoken with ike. He agrees that from the screenshots provided, it's clear evan was auctioning two different items. Now, the complaint will still be open until the above time runs out, so you have time to post additional evidence. The evidence we're looking for, in order to continue this complaint, would be evidence that @Evanthegreatred is being unclear in order to scam.
I was told that this isnt acceptable. Even if you are selling them as 2 different items. I have seen staff warn players in game when doing this. Due to te fact that its used to make players think its a melonsword
I don't want to come off as posting unnecessarily, but surely this would come under deliberate misinformation? The user admitted that his intention was to 'prank' builders out of their money by getting them to think he meant Melon Sword, instead of Melon AND a Sword. Even if he didn't at any point say 'Auctioning a Melon Sword' the intent to trick others out of their money is clearly there, and as such should come under scamming or false advertising.
I was not charging them I was only using it as a prank, if I were to charge anyone who fell for my prank I would not have a heart nor soul sorry if this caused any inconvenient trouble. I will stop of I am breaking any rules like I said again just a prank. thank you. Oh is it illegal to auction 2 different items off at the same time? I agree with ocarina_96 to except for the part out of their money I was only pulling a prank not pulling it for their money
After reviewing the complaint with other staff, we will be warning @Evanthegreatred not to auction with the intent of scamming. Locked, user warned in game.
