Accused Username: @FazeAmericanComplaint: Breach of contract and loan scamming. He has 60k remaining that was due december 2nd, along with 20k in late fees (they were capped because he was banned and I have not continued them upon unban)Evidence: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract-fazeamerican-loan.135954/ Additional Information: I've given this user every chance to payback, and I hate filing complaints, espicially on dear friends. Every time I contact this user he doesn't give me even a ballpark answer of when this loan will be paid. The one time he did give me one it was "four days from now",,,, six days ago.... I'm willing to work out a deal with faze, but a deal requires both parties effort. I can't be the only one talking.
Thank you @CrazySwagMaster1 for posting this complaint, however please could you provide evidence of you paying @FazeAmerican the $100,000 ECD. @FazeAmerican please could you explain why this money hasn't been paid back, or even better provide evidence of you paying it. @CrazySwagMaster1 Faze was just online on minechat, so he transferred me the money and I put it into the signs for you. 60k in the main loan sign, and 4 payments of 5k into the late fees sign. Let me know if this resolves the issue, and I will lock the complaint.
