I'd like to handle this completely by the books. It has been well over 24 hours. He was unbanned on November 10. He has made no effort to contact me regarding his debt, not a single pm nor mail. He didn't even reply to this complaint. I have seen him purchase, wager, and win much more ECD than this $420k payment. The original loan is nearing a year overdue. Take the action you are required to take.
If you want your money next week you can get it, I've had tons of school and sports lately and haven't even checked in. If you really want to see me banned and not have your money that's on you and I cannot do anything about that. I will have the full amount by the next 2 weeks after finals, so keep that in mind thanks.

I don't spend every day on this game and maybe could understand what time of the school year it is.
