FlabbyPenguin731 and xx_Kampai_xx​

Complaint:

User is dual accounting for economic gain by abusing the Sg miningame.
How does this work?
Basically the user would have his both accounts join an Sg arena and then would let one of them leave, resulting in one of the account to keep hold of the money in such illegal way.
User has been banned before for the same reason but decided to return and continue with such foul actions.​
