    Why was this even made????

    What Actually Happened:
I referred to a hypothetical scenario where the neighbor was a "douche". Notice the language choice in the screenshot where i said "IF". The neighbor I was referring to is a complete unknown person and i was talking about neighbors in general. Not a specific neighbor, and certainly not one on this server. Therefore this is neither directed nor targeted language, and falls under the same category as non-targeted swearing. (Which is allowed)

Please actually read the rules Matthew

Don't accept this screenshot, it conveniently avoids the first part of the conversation that I was having. Feel free to ask me or the others in the conversation for what ACTUALLY happened. Thank you

Thank you for filing this complaint, @MatthewStevenGo. As @Frostystorm1 stated, this is a hypothetical situation about a generalized 'neighbor.' It was not directed at any other players, nor was it excessive. There's really no ECC rules being broken here. As such, I will be dismissing this complaint.

    Complaint dismissed, no rules broken.
