Complaint:

On April 18, I loaned Giant_Leader $250,000, with the expectation that I would receive $300,000 by May 2, as shown in the image below. As it is now late August, I am finally adding my complaint about @Giant_leader.​

Additional Information:

The only reason I didn't submit this complaint earlier was that he was already banned, and I was waiting for him to be un-banned. However, when I did /seen a few days ago, no mention of his being banned was there.
Looking at the archives, complaints about @Giant_leader have been being made for over 5 years. I'd like my money back and Giant_Leader banned from the server once again. (I'm aware that with the 1.13 reset, the money will be worthless, but I'd still like it back as a matter of principle).​

 

I should add that since April 18 there has been a trade sign for $300,000 right next to my town's warp. He had the option of paying it there, even when I'm not online.
