Given the evidence provided, there isn't any evidence of PvP hacking. What is demonstrated here is a typical PvP related hit technique. When someone is directly above you, their reach is a little further. That being said, this complaint is being dismissed. If you feel a user is hacking, feel free to file another complaint and the hacker trackers will gladly look at it for you. Denied
