Additional Information: On the same date, I also bought a $10 Gift Card from a different user (Jojo965), who sent me a Transaction Code which I later PM'd to andrewkm for verification (Transaction was succesful) before filing this complaint, to be sure about which Gift Card from which user was not received. User has been offline for almost 2 days so I haven't been able to contact him/her to ask about possible Transaction Problems.

I have blurred the code partially as I don't know if any confidential information could be contained within it.

($10 of the Total Credit I currently have was bought from a different user than the 2 mentioned, Alphaleaderpack *Complaint IS NOT against this user, a couple days prior to this incident, andrew can confirm the date)
